Paul Mauriat – Love Is Blue

Raj on November 12th, 2006

I like to share one of my favorite music of Paul Mauriat; I love almost all of his music. His music are very simple pleasant in nature.

This video is one of his concerts called “Love Is Blue” 1968.

Is really love is blue?

This music is almost similar to a telugu song “Ee Reyi Teeyanidi”

Dedicating this music to this great composer who passed away recently on 3 November 2006 in Perpignan.

  1. man yes this is exact copy of that Telugu song .. oops :-P Telugu song is an exact copy of this …. thx for sharing :-)

Raj .. not just one song .. this symphony contains several other Telugu n Hindi songs too .. hehe .. kudos to our Indian Music directors .. no no .. we are supposed to call them Music Arrangers (as what maestro Ilayaraja was addressing such ppl)

  2. I never liked Mauriat’s arrangement combining Love is Blue / Elbimbo and Bows together. It was a pity he never performed Love is Blue fully on tour after his 1985 televised Japanese concert.
